Return Policy

Gulf Spore is built on quality and transparency, and we are confident you are going to love our full spectrum mushroom products. Although we take mush love in packaging our items with care, sometimes accidents happen along their journey to you. Or, perhaps you realize you bought the wrong item for your friend’s birthday. Whatever the case may be, we are always happy to help. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us with photos and we can help you troubleshoot, replace your product, or refund it.

Order Returns

If you ordered the wrong product or no longer need or want it, you are welcome to return it unused within 30 days of receipt. If returning an item, an $8 shipping fee is issued to return the item with a prepaid label. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.

Modifying or Canceling an Order

Most orders are fulfilled the same day. Once an order is placed, we may not be able to accommodate changes. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to modify your order, please use the live chat feature on our website. Outside of our live chat hours, please use the form below. Please be aware that we can't guarantee changes to your order after it has been packed by our team.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive items that are damaged during shipment, or if you receive items that are not what you ordered, please let us know within one week of delivery. After 7 days have passed from the delivery date, we cannot be responsible for damaged or missing items. We cannot refund shipping fees.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on special promos, seasonal bundles, or gift cards.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your unused, unopened items within 30 days of receiving them.
