Shipping & Delivery Times

We strive to process all orders within one business day, Monday through Friday. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will most likely ship on Monday. During the holidays or large promotional events, you may experience an occasional order that takes two business days to process. We cannot guarantee delivery times. Delivery times are estimates based on previous order history.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Shipping to P.O. boxes is only available through USPS. If you need to ship your order to a P.O. box, please select any USPS shipping option at checkout.

Free Shipping

Free contiguous U.S. Shipping is available for orders over $100 after all discounts and promos codes have been applied. Unfortunately, it is not available yet for P.O. boxes or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories, or for boxes weighing over 20 lbs.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order ships that contains the tracking information for your items. You will also receive a confirmation email when your items have been delivered.

Damaged & Missing Items

If you receive items that are damaged during shipment, or if you receive items that are not what you ordered, please let us know within one week of delivery, and we will make it right. After 7 days have passed from the delivery date, we cannot be responsible for damaged or missing items. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees. Please see the refunds and returns page for more details.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on seasonal bundles or gift cards.

International Shipping Policy
